The company provided results of a benchmark study that was conducted in the northeastern and southwestern regions of the United States. The survey results showed that 20% of individuals do not understand how to plan for future financial goals across age groups. 52% of the respondents indicated that they were apprehensive about diversifying a financial portfolio. 30% stated that they had never opened a bank account. Due to the survey results, it is concluded that the design should be easy to use, encouraging, and easy to understand.
